Fast track your application at our next online Admission Day. Join us to learn more about IE and have the chance to finalize the admission process in one day.
The event is open to all IE Master and MBA candidates. You will be able to ask any questions you may have about the application process, program format, fees, financial aid, living, and studying in Madrid. You will have the chance to meet our local team as well as with our alumni community.
Candidates who have completed the online application, done the online IEGAT, and paid their admission fee, can continue onto the next admission phase during this event. These candidates will have the opportunity to finalize the admission process by conducting a personal interview.
For the personal interview, the IE France Office will contact you to schedule a time slot between 14:00 and 17:00.

Master Class “Positive Psychology for Leadership and Life” with Prof. Lee Newman: 11:00 – 12:00
Positive psychology is a relatively new field that focuses on understanding the factors for us to perform at our best. What active steps can we take to cultivate our own well-being and to foster the well-being of our friends, family and colleagues. Positive leadership applies these concepts to organizations – what conditions can employees, managers and leaders at all levels put in place to allow individuals and teams to thrive? In this brief workshop, we will explore the following points:
-core ideas of positive psychology that you can directly apply in your life and work,
-fundamentals of well-being and a simple tool you might use to boost your own well-being,
-the relationship between certain workplace behaviors and well-being.

Our speakers
Dean of IE Business School, Professor, Entrepreneur, Speaker, Researcher
Lee Newman is Dean of IE Business School and a professor of Behavioral Science and Leadership at IE University in Madrid, Spain.
Dr. Newman holds an interdisciplinary Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in Psychology (Cognitive) and Computer Science (AI), as well as a Certificate in Cognitive Neuroscience. He also holds an MBA from The MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master in Technology & Policy from MIT, and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
