Luis Montesinos – Adjunct Professor, IE Business School, Teaches Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, and Financial Decision-Making.
Luis Montesinos brings over 30 years of experience in multinational corporations, having led more than 60 transactions totaling over €6 billion. His expertise spans treasury management, corporate finance, and capital markets. He has held key financial leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia) for 18 years, followed by 10 years at Campofrío Food Group (now Sigma Europe) as Treasury & Tax Director and later Treasury & Investor Relations Director. He has also served as a Senior Advisor at PwC and is currently the Group Treasurer at Grupo Lantero.
Virginia Bombín – Academic Director of the CFO Program
Virginia is an adjunct professor of Corporate Finance at IE Business School and Headspring (FT|IE Business School joint venture). She is also an independent financial consultant specializing in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups. With over 20 years of experience, she focuses on economic value creation and its assessment through financial metrics. Has designed and delivered corporate finance programs for leading global companies, including: Ferrovial, Telefónica, Orange, Inditex, Accenture, PwC, Santander, BBVA, London Stock Exchange, Maxam, Roche, Nissan, and many more.
Education: MBA in Business Administration, IE Business School, Spain; Bachelor in Business Administration, European University (Madrid-Brussels).
