About the speaker
Alistair Fildes is the Vice Dean for Behavior Science in IE. His role is to shape the next generation of professionals with a deep understanding of human behavior, but also apply what they´ve learned to change businesses and society for the better. Prior to IE, Alistair was a management consultant in London and behaviour change specialist working internationally. Following his award-winning Doctorate on behavior change and conflict resolution in Australia, he moved into management consultancy to advise clients how to help their people learn better and adopt more effective work behaviors.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR MIND:

Maybe you keep delaying that one task you just don´t want to do? This is a very common experience, but there are behaviors and mindsets we can adopt to help us improve and make better decisiones.
