What if your next startup didn’t start with a team, but with you and an AI co-founder? In this hands-on masterclass you’ll use AI to design and pitch your first startup followed by a networking cocktail with IE community.

Participants will run through a design sprint to launch their first startup using AI. By understanding current market dynamics and tech tools at their disposal, the group will be challenged to: 

1) Identify a problem that overlaps with a passion

2) Home in on a customer persona that experiences that problem

3) Develop all the working parts of an investor pitch deck 

The most successful participants will use AI as a cofounder, not as the single source of truth. Together, we’ll dive into real-world strategies that highlight how AI unlocks new levels of decision-making, efficiency, and innovation, empowering entrepreneurs to think bigger and move bolder.

Professor´s Biography: 

Arseniy Goldberg holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Oregon State University and an MBA with a Master's in Digital Business and Innovation from IE Business School in Madrid. His 12-year career spans finance, consulting, entrepreneurship, and education across five continents.

Before his MBA, he served as a Financial Consultant at Baird, advising Fortune 500 corporate executives and private clients on investment strategies and financial planning. After completing his MBA, he launched three startup ventures, established four global innovation programs, and led consulting engagements in innovation and learning design. Most recently, he served as COO of Rebundle, an EdTech startup.

He now runs his own consulting business, Flow, serving educational institutions, corporations, and startups worldwide. His work centers on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and AI implementation. He is a Professor of Finance, Innovation, Generative AI, and Behavioral Sciences at IE University, where he also serves as Academic Director of the AI in Finance program. He teaches finance at Oregon State University and sits on the university's Career Advisory Council. In his spare time, he mentors aspiring professionals and early-stage startups.
