Introduction to Venture Capital: The importance of a successful negotiation

Do you want to learn more about Venture Capital and negotiations?

Investors seek to invest in start-ups and scale-up and contribute to their success and profitability so that they can achieve a good return. Entrepreneurs want to have investors on board who contribute not only with money but also with their expertise and help them jump to the next level. Apparently, they all want the same. However, most investment conversations do not end in a final investment.

Is it because of the economics? Some specific terms in the proposed Term Sheet? Is it because of expectations? Misunderstandings? Or is it the way we negotiate?

Preparing and analyzing negotiations and communication is key to formulate proposals that consider and are aligned with the needs of all parties involved.

On behalf of IE Executive Education, we would like to invite you to this webinar in which Professor Paula Almansa, will address this matter.
