He mentors executives and runs leadership programs, helping companies to grow their leadership pipeline faster. He has led enterprise-wide change initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He teaches at leading business schools throughout Europe and works closely with organizations to accelerate the development of their leadership pipeline. Originally from the USA, Mark has lived and worked in Singapore, Egypt, the Netherlands, Italy, and Japan, and is now based in London.
