Values-Based Leadership: Maximizing Team Potential in Public Organizations

When leading a team, ensuring that one's actions and decisions are consistent with their personal values plays a crucial role in its potential.   To celebrate the launch of our brand new Public Leadership Executive Program, we would like to invite you to a special session in which we will go through the Values-Based Leadership approach and its impact within teams´ performance.  

We will begin by establishing the foundations of leadership through the principles of logos, ethos, and pathos. Using these principles, leaders in public organizations can collaboratively define with their teams the values that will guide the group towards achieving its full potential. This will be done within the specific context of public organizations and their inherent limitations, which, as we know, restrict the leaders' ability to maneuver.
