Speaker BIO:
Jerónimo van Schendel is a distinguished architect, holding degrees from UPM-ETSAM and Harvard University, where he completed his Master of Architecture with Honors, specializing in innovation in the built environment. He currently serves as the CEO of Bildia, a cutting-edge software platform and ecosystem transforming construction procurement in Southern Europe. Additionally, Jerónimo directs the Master in Business for Architecture and Design (MBArch) program at IE University. He contributes his expertise as a startup mentor for the American Early Stage leading fund Plug and Play Tech Center, the IE Entrepreneurship Center in Madrid, and ActúaUPM, the Politechnic University of Madrid's Entrepreneurship Hub.

Graduated from ETSAM in 2011 and Master in Architecture (M.Arch II) with Distinction, from Harvard University Graduate School of Design since 2016. He has worked with Cruz y Ortiz, Rafael Moneo or AS+, and is an IDEO SF CoLab Fellow 2016 (Iot & Blockchain Innovation Lab).
