Becca Smith

Becca Smith's professional experience spans across the Human Resources/People industry, living and working internationally in the United States, Colombia, Spain, and Switzerland. In 2022, she graduated from the Master’s in Talent Development & Human Resources program at IE Business School with a Fulbright scholarship. In addition to her previous role as an adjunct faculty member and research collaborator at IE's Center for Health & Well-being, she has worked as a research assistant at the University of Zurich. Becca is currently working in the sports industry as a People & Culture Business Partner at FIFA, supporting employees across various countries and cultures.

The three top projects will be awarded with scholarships valued at 40%, 30% and 20% of the Master in Talent Development and Human Resources tuition fees for the September 2025 intake.
