Our panelists

  • Florencia Etcheber:  With a Master in Business Analytics and Big Data she has over 14 years of learning and it is now Tibe Leader for Banco de Crédito BCP
  • Gabriela Quiñoa: Partner in EY she did her MBA at IE Business School in 2001. She is specialized in Business Transformation & Organizational Design. She is responsible for leading and managing projects in the Talent Field, including: change management, training, culture, leadership, HR transformation, organizational models 
  • Angelica Armas: Co-founder of Oliver Kids and Chief Financial Officer at Wivet. She has more than 8 years of experience. She was one of our top students in 2018 and part of the Dean's list. 

Moderated by: Ana Addobbati. She's founder and CEO of Livre de Assédio, where she leads the creation of innovative, law-based protocols to combat harassment in corporate environments. Her approach combines technology and best practices to ensure a safe and inclusive work environment, essential for employee productivity and well-being. Currently, she also serves as Vice President of AAPSA, where she seeks to promote effective policies that protect organizational culture and foster a healthy work environment.
